The Deluxe River View room had stunning views, but the pool lacked shade during the day.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish! The highlight was definitely the cooking class, where we cycled to the local markets to gather fresh ingredients. Our chef, Loi, was exceptional in guiding us through the cooking process. The location was just a short walk to explore the busy streets of the Old Town, where we loved seeing the traditional lanterns. The buffet breakfast had a great variety too, making every morning enjoyable. Overall, it felt like a home away from home and we can't wait to visit again.

Loved the river view balcony, but the hard mattress made sleep tough.

Rooms feel bare with limited storage space!!! Electrical issues made for a noisy stay!!! Pools could use more shade and a comfortable temperature!!! The noise from nearby renovations made relaxation difficult!!!

The infinity pool on the rooftop offered stunning views and was a fantastic spot to relax after exploring. Staff members consistently provided attentive service, always checking on us to ensure our needs were met. The daily breakfast featured a delightful range of fresh fruits and local specialties, making mornings enjoyable. Also, the river view from our room was a peaceful sight, providing a calming start to each day.

However, the check-in process took longer than expected, which was a little frustrating.

The welcoming staff truly made our experience remarkable, particularly when they checked on us daily after my daughter fell ill, offering extra towels and water. The two stunning pools provided a great escape, perfect for relaxing while enjoying refreshing cocktails. However, the mattress was uncomfortably firm, which affected my sleep quality, and there was a lack of shade at the pools, limiting relaxation options. Additionally, navigating the local area was a bit challenging at times due to minor noise disturbances from nearby renovations.

One of our friends had issues with the shampoo and blow-dry service. it was a bit rough on their scalp, causing some discomfort.

What a chill spot! The room had an amazing river view and the staff were super friendly. Loved that they had a snack bar by the pool for some quick bites. Just wish the check-in took less time, but honestly, everything else was so fab that it didn’t matter much.

The daily buffet breakfast offered a delightful array of options, catering to various taste preferences, including fresh fruits and local delicacies.

However, the walk to the Old Town can be a bit longer than expected.

bel marina hoi an resort was fantastic! the premium suite with riverview was spacious and stylish, and it had beautiful decor that captured the artistic vibe of the area. the staff was super helpful, and the spa offered amazing traditional therapies. plus, being close to attractions made it easy to explore.
